Mainstream in general and Yan in particular provided spectacular customer service. I do not often post reviews - usually only if very bad or excellent and this was definitely the latter. From the useful callback phone option to the prompt call back, the fast scheduling and follow up calls to ensure all was OK; the folks at Mainstream were great. Yan, the electrician, took service to an even higher level. He was prompt, courteous, and competent. He knew the issue was a hiding GFCI and crawled through a dusty attic to trace it down. He repaired that and the other issue I was having. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service is everything and Mainstream sent technician Nic to replace an old electrical panel in my home. Nic was professional, efficient and polite. I’m very pleased with the all the work done. It’s working perfectly and most of all it’s up to code!

Anthony showed up right on time and got right to work. Furnace needed some maintenance and he figured out the problem timely. He also helped me out with their membership which in the long run will save me for years. Really glad I called.

Adam and Brock did a new install today for my parents and removed there furnace that we are pretty sure was original to the house being build around 1904. They were extremely polite, fast and efficient the whole job, removal and the new install took around 5.5 to 6 hours. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new install.

Kamren did a really good job! He came and maintenance our HVAC system and was very fair in his consultation. We are very happy with his service.

Curtis showed up on time , quickly fixed my problem , cleaned up his entire mess and was on his way. The rest of the team that mainstream electric stayed in touch with me, let me know when Curtis was on his way And works really hard with my schedule. They also did this all within an emergency call the night before.

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the way both workers utilized their time. Also, I appreciate the way they took time to answer any questions I had.

Steve did a great job, especially cleaning up some bad drain piping under the kitchen sink. He was also helpful in answering other questions I had around the house. Easy to speak with and understand. Top notch.
