Was here to do duct cleaning for our newly purchased house. They were professional and quick with getting everything done even with my move-in mess.

Mainstream called me and asked if I was interested in a FREE furnace inspection in preparation for the winter. I said yes, but I was suspicious they might try to sell me something I don’t want or need. Kurtis Loftis responded, did a 25 minute test and inspection and reported that everything was working fine. No issues that needed attention. I am pleased with their service and professionalism.

The fix was easy, figuring it out wasn't. But they went through everything until they figured it out which previous repair people hadn't. I'll never call anyone else.

Recently had central air installed and mainstream did a great job. They were able to book me the same week and get my Hvac unit up in running in a day. A few months later my furnace began to leak. We called mainstream again and they were able to get the parts the same week and fix it in a timely manner. Every receptionist, salesmen and technician we dealt with were very professional and great at there job. Mainstream isn't cheap by any means. But you get what you pay for and we are very happy with the services we have received. I would highly recommend there services.
