Kenny came to service my furnace. He took pictures of my ancient furnace and reviewed with me. I already knew my furnace was on borrowed time. Kenny estimated that the furnace in my 1909 house, was at least 60 years old. The old furnace was made by Singer... the sewing machine company. 🙂 So, I decided to replace the old furnace with a new energy, efficient furnace and air-conditioning unit. 🤗👍🏼

Matt was on time, courteous, professional, instructive , changed the air filter answered our questions, showed us how to clean our AC unit safely with the power switch in off position, avoid water to electrical source areas and left our home clean. He examined all the bathroom fixtures and then the water heater. Then he finally found a leak in the sprinkler system. Once he shut off the sprinkler shutoff valve the leak stopped.

Their tech detected a dangerous leak and other issues with our furnace on a routine maintenance visit. He was very thorough and took photos and video of several issues that ended up being very useful in an insurance claim. We purchased a better furnace/AC at a great price with some amazing service add-ons and a 12 year guarantee! Adam and Tyler had it installed the very next day. They were courteous and professional, explaining all the features of our new unit. They always call after a visit to make sure everything is OK. I feel like they really take care of their customers.
