9/30/2021 HVAC Expert Matt MaCurdy completed yearly review and maintenance of heating. Matt assisted me with setting the programmable thermostat! He thoroughly explained the checks on my furnace.

Donovan is an amazing plumber. He swapped out a bathroom vanity for us having to change some of the plumbing. The work is neat and very precise. When changing some of the pipe in the basement he added a strap to a pipe that was just hanging, making sure that everything was as it should be. Would definitely use him again. This is the second time we have used him and both times were quality work!

I was told by an inspector's report that everything was in working order when I bought this home on 2019. Now I find that report was not true. I had no idea the heater and water heater were so bad. I am very glad that I paid for check ups to be done by this company. Unfortunately, everything has to be replaced. Fortunately, everything can be done in a timely manner. The cost is high, but my family's health is more important. We are very satisfied with Mainstream.

Mainstream was very thorough in communicating with my wife and myself during the initial call and dispatch of a tech to our home, all the way through to the end of job call. Josh the service tech that fixed our shower, pressure tank, and installed a water softening system was also top shelf in his work ethic and own quality control standards. I would recommend Mainstream to my family and friends always.
