Well it happened! My hot water tank burst and flooded my basement. Probably because it was nearly 35 years old… we called a couple of companies to come out and give us estimates. Mainstream sent us Anthony; he not only listened to my needs for a new water tank but he saw our need for new piping. Our plumbing was in terrible condition; it was a hot mess; there was tons of pipes that lead to nothing, empty pipes that just sat connected but not actually leading to anything. Literally gave me so much anxiety thinking about! My blinders were on and I was only thinking about my hot water tank. However Anthony included doing all new plumbing to his quote and expressed the importance of having this work done. I had plans to fix them plumbing but not for some time. But it just made sense to do it now. Once we agreed to the project the guys were back that following morning. Four of them came; all very polite considerate. My toilet needed to be replaced due to horrible corrosion and Dave was so compassionate; he made it his mission to get our family back with running water as fast as possible. It can be super stressful when dealing with the unexpected and I am so thankful that we called Mainstream! Oh mind you my hot water tank crapped out on Monday and they had the project completed on Wednesday! We have an inspector coming out this week to certify their work. Thank you guys at mainstream for making a horribly stressful situation extremely less stressful!

Steve Stokke was the plumber who did my water tank maintenance. He was very professional, and he showed me things about my water heater. He texted me when he was on his way to my house. He educated me about hard water. I really appreciate his time spent helping me with all of that. He is very knowledgeable and a big asset to your company in my opinion.

When my (practically new!) water heater sprang a leak, I called all over town to find a business who could send a tech. Mainstream was one of the only places who would schedule within even the same week, much less the same day! Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional. Although we had to get a second opinion from a more seasoned plumber, I would still use Mainstream again. The fix they provided seems like it will prevent additional issues, and I appreciate the system approach vs. only considering the water heater itself. Even the office staff is great! I requested some modifications to my invoice (itemization, proof of payment) so I can submit a warranty reimbursement request, and they were very easy and cheerful about getting me what I needed. I wouldn't say Mainstream is the least expensive option, but I don't regret paying more for peace of mind.

Working in the customer service industry as I do I rarely come across companies with this high of a level of service. Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in language I could understand and worked with me within my budget. Showed up in ones day notice to fix my AC. Zach is showtime! I’ve already recommended mainstream electric to a handful of people I spoke to you on the phone today while explaining the issues I was having that lead to the service call. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten, great people and great work!

I want to let you know how wonderful Brent was! I'm currently on medical leave with no income coming in and when brent got here he told me that it would cost me 1,125. To repair it well I dont have any extra funds and so this really upset me. Well Brent saw how upset I was and said to me give me a second and he stepped outside and when he came back in he told me not to worry and he has taken care of it and off he went into the bedroom to repair the water tank. I was floored he didnt ask of anything from me, he did this out of the kindness of his heart. This man deserves a bonus and I would love to see that your company do that for him. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. What a model for how a business should be run! Daryl was particularly helpful. He assessed the plumbing issues, made recommendations and honestly identified options. He also took the time to explain some of the core concepts of the issue I was facing. Then, after all his kind, court, knowledgeable service, he followed up with me via phone to make sure we had gotten the problem resolved. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
