I’ve seen ads for Mainstream on local news station for a long while. I looked up their rating at BBB before calling them on July 27. I was offered an appt for July 28 and told no payment until work was completed. The service technician Daryl, who happens to be a licensed plumber, called to let me know of his ETA. He donned shoe covers upon entering my residence which has wood floors. Since I was a new customer, he reviewed the bid to selection process using tablet as visual aid. We then walked thru my home to each area where I had a plumbing issue. He took notes and repeated my concern to make sure he wrote it down correctly. He explained the problems and the repair to correct the problems. I was presented with a spectrum of options spanning all services (top dollar) to minimal services (least expensive). I was told financing was an option as well. He pulled up kitchen faucet options on tablet so I could make a selection. Daryl was very personable. He was respectful of my time schedule. He connected me with office staff via phone to explore financing options. To my disbelief, a crew from Mainstream is coming out tomorrow just two days since my initial call to do the work. Daryl indicated Mainstream sometimes acts as subcontractor which I’ll mentally Rolodex for a kitchen remodel I plan to do in next 1-2 years.

The guys were great fast efficient and will most definitely use this company and request Daryl and Austin again

He showed up at 6:30 Monday when I reported the problem, didn't have the part and came again Tuesday and fixed the problem.

From the moment I talk to them in the office to the finish of my service, they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the job was done in a timely manner and my questions were answered and explained so I could understand. I would recommend Mainstream 100%!!

Mainstream provided us with excellent service from the first phone call all the way through completion of the work. We had services done on the furnace, fireplace and water tank. They kept us informed of every single detail and their pricing was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend them. We will be using them again every year. 🙂

Hunter and Duane were great. Came in and fixed water pipe issues that were preventing me from finishing some remodels. And fixed a gas leak I had by my furnace. Thanks guys.

We had only requested an estimate to replace the sewer line. Steve not only looked at the line, he cleared a clog and set us up with future maintenance! So happy with the service and professionalism

Chandler came out to service/do preventative maintenance on our water heater and he was super professional and thorough. Explained everything he did and when he was done went over it all and made sure I was happy with the service. I would recommend him and Mainstream!
