Cody was professional and knowledgeable. That’s the good news. The bad news is a 79$ fee for the estimate. Other companies offer a free estimate. They deduct the 79$ from service but I felt the service was too high.

Carrie & the rest of dispatch earned a proud days work by keeping me updated on my technicians ETA, and any/ all scheduling, as well as letting me know the process of their work ethics/ process so I knew what to expect from my technician. Yan was my electrical technician, whom I learned right away he’s formally educated in the electric/ construction fields, as well as possessing superior customer service skills. He gave me a number of options to choose from, a basic cheaper costing job, or a higher priced, but more convenient for myself job. It was great to have a few options ranging from cost, to time, to the actual job order to choose from. My service was to have him uninstall a hard wired attic fan (bearings fried up, but is was 40 years old), install a new 120V outlet directly above my attic door, install my new (privately purchased) attic fan, & help getting it up & running, even with connecting the device straight to my iPhone via Bluetooth to choose from my temperature on/off range, & humidity settings! He worked fast, performed the job duties safely as promised, and even vacuumed my floor all the way to the molding strips, including his pathway of attic insulation trailing down the stairs & out the front door! He went above & beyond all expectations! Carried the ladder & all his gear outside, without interrupting my newly painted walls, in about two minutes. My hallway went from clean, to a disaster zone, to completely detailed beyond perfection! Was a quick wiz on the iPad when processing my payment, making sure I would be sent my receipt via email. Ending in his departure, he assured me that if I was unhappy w/ the job in any way, or something doesn’t look correct further in the future, to call Mainstream Electric, & they would take care of any given need(s). Definitely worth the cost. I didn’t pay to have an attic fan & an outlet installed, all I did was pay for the best customer service money can buy, and received exactly such. My repairman arrived, diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of the electrical system of our house, presented options for the current repair needed and future upgrades of the system. He then did the necessary repair in good time. At all times he acted professionally, and I would definitely ask for him back again.

Scott was friendly and professional. He told me about financing options and included a senior discount, which I appreciate.

Mainstream came out the same day we called (by noon), so allowed us to continue our plans for the day. The problem was unusual, but the electrician diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours.

You won my trust in 2018 and you still have it. My air conditioner fritzing out just gave you another opportunity to shine with customer service. Steve did an awesome job! Very professional, put shoe covers on before even entering the house, and did a visual check of where all the drains were in the house (although he was there to unclog just one) to get a better understanding of what he dealing with. Steve explained the process of what he was going to do and also while performing it. Could not have been any happier with his service. Great guy and a great representative for his company!

Only had partial power to my house, as a new homeowner I was very worried it was going to be a very expensive fix. Mainstream was able to get me in within 1.5hrs from my call for a service quote. Kyle was very professional and did an amazing job finding and diagnosing the problem. The repair turned out to be a fairly simple fix and only cost me the $80 dispatch fee. Very thankful for these guys with the very overwhelming heat temperatures.

This was my second call to Mainstream Electric on plumbing issues. They responded very quickly to schedule my repairs. The best part was meeting one of their plumbers, Austin Barker. Austin came to the door with a mask on and quickly put on shoe covers. I appreciate someone who follows the CDC guidelines. He got to work quickly and and solved the issues in a timely and efficient manner. Besides that, Austin was very personable and courteous. He’s very proud to work for Mainstream Electric and has high praise for his employers. Because of Austin I will be using Mainstream Electric in the future.

MainStream Service Techs are very professional, knowledge and great to work with! My heat pump stopped working in the middle of a 100 degree week and they were able to come out within 24 hrs. The Journeyman Tech and his apprentice Tech were very friendly and explained all of my options very thoroughly. Highly recommend them and they have earned my business for life!
