Hunter was professional, conscientious, excellent listener and installed thankless hot water heater valves and performed maintenance on it. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the various options for a water softener addition. Superb service.

They came out to service my water heater in my basement. The existing water heater was 10 years old and known to have issues. As I was doing a project in the room I needed to move it around and they gave me a quote to replace it and put it in the spot I wanted. They did the work same day. Excellent experience and professional people. Highly recommend them.

Technician Steve, was very thorough in his investigation. Went above what I asked for, we had a black water flood and I was just asking to have the toilet and sink reinstalled. He put his camera through my sewer system to make sure that we were not going to have future issues. He made sure that I was able to see what he saw. It was educational to say the least and he was great at explaining what was in there. Feel very safe using his services and do not feel that he is taking advantage in any way. Highly recommend Steve!!

I had Mainstream come out for an annual inspection of my hot water heater. After the inspection, it was determined that the water heater needs to be replaced. The technician, Cory, was very professional and made all of the necessary arrangements. Later the same day, Shane came out and replaced the water heater. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the employees and the work that was completed by Mainstream. 05/17/21 Mainstream came out today for AC maintenance. Kenny did a very thorough job. l am very satisfied.
