Fast and friendly staff. They work with your budget. Very thoroughly went through all systems and explained what and why things need to be done. Sam was very knowledgeable about his trade and pointed out safety concerns and potential problems and how to correct them. No pressure sales. Nicely done!!!

Steve worked hard to dig up my sewer line and fix it. I liked that he showed me what he was seeing with the scope so I knew he wasn't trying to scam me. Honesty counts big in my world! I would hire him again, although I hope I won't have to!

John was friendly and thorough. He showed me the parts the needed cleaned. The parts that needed replaced he had on his truck. I feel I got great value for my money.

It was really shocking the amount of damage our pipes had and mr Johnson helped to explain what the issue was... He worked within our budget and created a couple of quotes with positive solutions. We went with the one we felt was necessary and he worked quickly getting that issue resolved. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I needed to have quite a bit of work done on my entire home water system. I have not had any major plumbing work done for YEARS, so there were several disasters waiting to happen ... Cody was knowledgeable, friendly and professional through the entire inspection process and helped me understand what was going on and why it was important to make repairs PRIOR to something failing. While I felt the cost was reasonable for the number of things that needed replaced/repaired, I did not want to finance the cost of the repairs. Cody was very patient working with me to prioritize the work and come up with a plan to have all the work spread over a 2-3 month period (A reverse installment plan, if you will!), so I was able to pay cash as each step of the work was completed. Very happy with Mainstream and highly recommend!
