Highly Recommended- My first time using this company for the water heater flush special for $99. Good value. The serviceman Brent was knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. He explained things well. He was friendly and used shoe covers and face mask, even though I didn’t require it. I appreciated the good service and clean work. I also received a follow up phone call from their office after the work was done.

They arrived on time. Found the cause of the leak quickly and did a professional job. Very happy.

I called Mainstream as I had a clogged bathroom sink and could not get it to drain after several attempts with Drano. At the appointed time Jaymin Johnson arrived. He was a clean cut nice looking young man. He was polite and respectful of our home taking the time to add boot covers before coming inside. He listened carefully to my discription of our problem and all attempts I made to unplug the drain. He immediately went to work to resolve the problem. Shortly he found we had a plugged old style junction of four pipes that needed replacement. He gave us an estimate of the costs and also recommended we signup for an annual maintainence program which had a great value for the price to annually service our heating/AC water heater and drains. I was impressed with Jaymin since he looked so young yet had a high standard of professiional knowledge as a plumber. I found out he has 5 years of plumming esxperience and loves being a plumber. He thouroughly enjoys resolving plumming problems for customers. I was very satisfied with his evaluation of our problem and his attention to detail to ensure our next appointment to correct our problem would be handled in the same professional manner.
