Kyle & Chuck not only diagnosed and repaired the issue but exceeded expectations by assisting me to move furniture to access the outlet. Kyle also cleaned up after himself when he inadvertently spilled some cat food & then put the furniture back despite being told it wasn't necessary. It took a week from 1st contact to get an appointment but the other 2 contractors we contacted never did return our calls so we were glad to wait.

Our technician, Jaymin, did an excellent job! He was very friendly and professional! He went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues! I recommend Mainstream and Jaymin for all your plumbing needs! Thank Jaymin! Mainstream, you are lucky to have such a great employee!

Steve was great an efficient. He quickly took care of my slow draining kitchen sink. Another company told me I had issues with my pipes and wanted me to tear up my basement and replace the plumbing. They were so wrong! Steve used the right tools and fixed the drain without issue. Glad Mainstream came to the rescue and saved me thousands on a possible repair that I really never needed.

Chandler did a great job he identified issues that were showing signs of getting worse. Explains each one and recommended fixes. He was professional , called when he would arrive. Once he was here he answered any questions we had. He was able to explain things so there were no surprises. We want to thank Chandler and Mainstream for your excellent customer service!!!!!

Just had annual service on furnace and tankless hot water systems. Both technicians were courteous and professional. At $99 for an annual punchcard to do seasonal AC/Furnace/Hot Water service, plus a random drain snaking, it’s a good deal.

We had a great experience as a first time customer! The initial problem was fixed so we can use our water. A bigger issue was found and they are scheduled to come back tomorrow to fix it. Jaymin was great and explained everything to me so I knew what my options are. Would recommend to others and will use again.

Had my hot water tank flushed. Cody was great, explained the process completely, answered my questions and provided input on what to look for since my tank is 16 years old and past its prime.

Very knowledgeable in his area, super polite and clean. Although the clog was more than we expected he will be returning with bigger guns to get us up and running.

From the very first call Mainstream exceeded my expectations. We were experiencing pretty serious electrical issues and their quick reapims and professionalism put us at ease. They courteous and professional and clearly presented the repairs needed. Nick and the entire crew were always courteous and friendly. They answered questions in a way that a lay person could understand. I will never use another company for our home repair and maintenance needs.

Chane & Cohlton just left after helping with frozen pipes & other issues. These dudes are phenomenal & I totally recommend using Mainstream. I signed up as a preferred customer. It was like a $100 bucks er something for a year & I’ve found it well worth the money so far. Had a broken water line prior & the office staff people (which were also super awesome) had Chane out same day asap to fix it. When something breaks & you need help it’s super cool to rely on these guys. Hopefully everyone else receives the same awesome experience. It was a hard choice as Chane & Cohlton both did great work, but @ the end of the job I gave each 5 stars & had to give Chane 5.2, so only .2 better than Cohlton. Still phenomal work outta both guys. 👍
