Installed pressure regulator on water heater

So...no one wants to hear that their pipes or plumbing needs to be repaired. But if you have to hear that news, you want it to be from the people at Mainstream Plumbing. We worked with Valerie, Brent, Robert and Kelly-and they could NOT have been nicer or kinder. Everyone was a total professional, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and they were also understanding and thoughtful about what a stressful experience home repairs can be-they were so considerate. They were incredibly respectful of our home and garden as well. I really can't say enough good things about this company, and if you need plumbing help, they are the ones to call. **Update** I had to call Mainstream about my sink, which was acting up. The technician who came out was Chandler, and he couldn't have been more friendly, informative or kind. He wore his mask, stayed socially distanced, and was so understanding of my frustration. Mainstream plumbing CANNOT be beat when it comes to friendliness, customer service and techs who know their stuff. If you have plumbing issues, don't call anyone else, just Mainstream!!!!

Don was knowledgeable and provided 3 alternatives to address our heating problem. I made a decision that was affordable and would best address our families issues. Don was efficent and professional and completed the work in a timely manner . It was nice to warm our home again.

Steve was great! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We have a main line sewer pipe that is failing. He showed us on camera where the problems are. He discussed options for repair and also financing. I would recommend Mainstream and Steve to everyone!
