I thought I possibly had a major problem with my water heater. I had no hot water. One of the first things David did was check the circuit breaker controlling the hot water tank. The breaker had somehow tripped. He flipped it back in place and instantly you could hear the tank working again. Quick and simple solution. And he was very professional and friendly to boot. I recommend him.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I called Mainstream at 12:30 on a Friday and by 5:00 that same day my sink was unclogged!

The technicians were professional, arriving on time and completing the job and leaving my basement thoroughly cleaned up.

Brent was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He got the leak from my garbage disposal under the kitchen sink fixed in about 20 minutes and was happy to fix a few other plumbing installs I had done myself for no charge. The cost was $320, which I thought was a little expensive for replacing one piece of plastic tubing to the garbage disposal, but the issue was fixed promptly and tested repeatedly to ensure no other leaks or plumbing needed repair. Happy with the service and will be using Mainstream again in the future.
