Very happy with the service done. Jaymin was very professional and educated us ways to avoid the issue again. Definitely appreciate how nice he was, I've never had to call a plumber before and I was afraid of having to pay an arm and a leg but thank goodness I didn't, I feel as though our own attempts to get the pipe unclogged on our own cost me more. Next time I won't waste my money on things that don't work and I will just call them.

They only do the work that you have been quoted until they discuss the next steps, so you don’t end up owing more than you expected. They keep you informed about when the technician is coming out. Highly Recommended! The dispatchers were extremely helpful in keeping me updated on the ETA for the service tech, which was very appreciated. This company values their customers' time, so the status updates were very appreciated. Jaymin, the tech who came to service our drain, was highly knowledgeable about plumbing systems generally and he did a fast, efficient job. He even stuck around to make sure the washing machine drained properly and that the problem was fixed. We had a great experience with Mainstream and would definitely use them again if needed.

Jaymin Johnson was my hero this month! He was able to unclog my drain after I spent two days trying to do it myself!!! He also took the time to give me estimates on future work I need done.
