Friendly service! Highly recommended! Cameron and Matt were very professional and very considerate of my 2 small children! David did the electrical for my hvac and it looks awesome! Not ugly! Very happy with all the work I had done, thank you everyone including Steven who set me up for financing. Great bunch of good hard workers (it was a easy 90 degrees this particular day) To add, I also had my vents vacuumed out the following day by Adam and John and they were in and out in 15 mins! Speedy friendly service with these guys as well. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you everyone who assisted me. Edit to add: more services done. Includes unclogging kitchen sink. Brandon was called to battle severely clogged sink, which didn't let him leave without a good fight! Done for free, complimentary on my account! Still, highly recommend mainstream!!!! I had wanted to have 4 👍 recessed lighting fixtures in my living room.I called Mainstream Elect.and they were very glad to help.The only thing they were booked out .Should of thought 🤔 being the holidays, they put me on a list.Later I had a call some one canceled. I WAS very 😊 happy.They got me in .Happy to give an estimate. AFTER THAT THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. We had some plumbing work done by Mainstream. The plumber (Sam) they sent out was GREAT. He listened to what we wanted done; gave us advice about things that could become issues and was very conscientious. We took his advice about our 15+ year old water heater and replaced it. My husband raves about how great it is to have really hot water. We plan to have Mainstream do work for us in the future.

Working with Brandon and this company has been a huge relief. The inspection and bid process was quick, professional and personable. It has been a long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service.

Chandler arrived when I was told he'd be there. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He looked at the situation, created a quote and got right to work. In and out in less than an hour! Excellent work, left no mess. I would definitely call Mainstrean again.

Updated to add employees that did a stellar job! Alex was been a pleasure to work with, he provided many options and information never felt pressured or like I was being upsold unnecessary features. Very excited for the next day installation! Wyatt killed it on installation day! Very respectful and diligent. David the electrician did a great job explaining the hookup. There were two others but I didn't get their names. Zach and Cathen came and did the duct cleaning a few days later and worked late into the night. They were total troopers, didn't cut any corners, and had great attitudes even though they had a long day. Was very impressed with them!

Mainstream Plumbing came back to check on a repair that they did in July. While waiting for his partner to arrive, Brent asked me for my snow shovel as we just received about 3 inches of snow. When I told him I was going to use the snowblower, he said it was too heavy for the blower and again asked for my shovel. I was so surprised that he went out of his way to shovel my driveway and my walk to my front door. He could have easily stayed in his truck, stayed warm and waited, but instead went way above his job description. Thank you Brent! You exceeded my expectations! 😊

These guys were great! It started with great communication over the phone and many text to update on arrival. Chandler came out and gave estimates with Brent and Duane following to save the day for my family. Busted pipe flooding my basement was no fun but these guys came out same day and fixed it. We had a GREAT experience with Mainstream from the first phone call to schedule the service call to the completion of our service. We are new to Washington and happened to find them when we had to find a contractor to get our water heater replaced. Robert was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous. He was training a new hire and the new hire was fantastic as well. They were both efficient and clean and respectful of our home and wore shoe covers to protect our carpet and cleaned up whatever mess they made (which wasn’t much). They called before they came and told me who to expect at my door. I cannot sing Mainstream’s praises enough. They made a bad experience with a terrible home warranty company so much better. I am so grateful I found Mainstream, I am a lifelong customer for SURE!!

Alex Jones is the most helpful professional I've EVER dealt with In any business or company I've had ever experienced. He was so kind and very very helpful. I was so lucky to have him as my technician. Good Job Alex!!!!! Hope to see you Thursday as my technician again.

Had Mainstream come give me a quote for some plumbing and Brent was very pleasant to work with. He was helpful and spent an hour contacting other service men to make sure what he was giving me was accurate.
