I know nothing about sink plumbing. These two men Jaymin Johnson and Rhett Damschen were very informative during this process. They were extremely professional and had impeccable customer service. Wyatt and Adam Were the technicians who installed my new furnace/air conditioning unit today. All I can say is wow! They did an amazing job. They worked hard all day, were friendly, knowledgeable, and removed all of our old equipment, leaving the work area clean. Also impressed with how quickly your company responded. A technician, Alex, came out the day my furnace burnt up, and was able to get me scheduled 2 days later for the replacement. Thank you!

Larry and Hunter are two 'higher ups' who really know how to swing a shovel to leave the yard looking good as a fried oyster po' boy in my hometown of New Orleans. Seriously, we were exceedingly pleased with the 4 people sent out to find our problem, explain it to us, fix our problem, clean up after the job well done. Your phone staff gets a smiley face also. We had a broken water line over the holiday that affected 6 units and I called Mainstream and they were able to send a technician (Valerie Johnson) the same day and get it fixed. She was very professional and did a great job getting us back up and running the same afternoon.

Both techs were super personable and friendly. Here on time and did a wonderful job making our basement line not back up.

We had a backed up sink that would not drain 4 days before thanksgiving. Jaymin from Main Stream was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and on point. He sold us some additive that got the job done quicker than me trying to fix things myself till 2 in the morning the same day. These guys know their trade. They are now our official professional plumbers. You can't beat them.

Valerie came and did a plumbing workup for a very large project I am planning (replumbing my house). She was prompt, professional, and honest.

Valerie was on time and offered 3 options for the repairs I needed. She replaced my bathroom sink faucet, repaired the leak, and rebuild the inside of the toilet. She didn't leave anything mess and was very friendly and thoughtful. Thanks Valerie
