Steven, the technician that came to our home, was friendly and professional. Offered suggestions on keeping our 17 year old furnace running efficiently. My partner Rose was also impressed with how she was treated as a woman. No dismissive or chauvinistic attitude with the two experiences we’ve had with this company so far. They came to our house the same day as when our furnace went out. Others in town wanted days if not weeks to come. In total, they sent various crews over 4 days to remove our old furnace/ac, install the new ones, check plumbing, clean ducts, complete electrical changes. All of them were excellent.

Fast, courteous service. Call takers and dispatchers were quick to get services set up. With in just an hour or so A person was on site to walk us through our options for repairs. We had to have a complete re-plumb of our drain system, as it was 55 years old and the original copper pipes failed. Sam, Dwayne and Ryan explained the repairs, welcomed questions and attended to every detail of the replacement. We have a few other minor plumbing jobs that will need to be complete in the future and we be using the staff of Mainstream without hesitation. Thank you for all your help, much appreciated.

Alan was very thorough and gave us pricing for two different installs. He answered all of our questions clearly. We have not decided which system to install yet.

Adam and Taylor arrived for putting in new furnace ,on time for appointment . They explained whole procedure, completed an awesome job. They were courteous, and considerate and did an excellent job. Even tidied up upon leaving. We're contacting Mainstream in spring to add on a new A/C. Very happy to use this company again for any heating, a/c or electrical work that needs to be done. Loved the great service and fast response with our heating emergency!

We originally called to take advantage of their $79 unclog drain services, but we were also having problems with our heating so we upgraded to the $99 plumbing/HVAC service. Within three days, we had unclogged drains and a new furnace installed (because parts for our 42 yo furnace were no longer available). I am grateful at the speed in which everything was handled. Called to indicate arrival time, on time, explained what the service entailed, asked questions to determine any potential problems, explained results, made recommendations. Excellent deal for $99 for 2 service appointments. Matt was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions.

The two gentleman that showed up at at friend's house that has had plumbing issue they where very respectful inew what they where talking about and a great rate if I ever had to use them I would recommend them every time

After a big Friday storm, I was left without power. Come to find out the whole power thing on the side of the house had been torn off by a falling branch...or half a tree. I called Mainstream Saturday morning and they put me on the schedule for Monday. They called me first thing Monday morning and were at my house in 20 minutes. Although the job took all day (which is normal for this type of job), they worked hard and were very professional. I want to add that the average temp for the day was in the upper 29s 🥶, both inside and out. Nick MacLean and his team were amazing and I highly recommended them.

Ryan was the consummate professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Mainstream was responsive to my needs and I could not recommend a greater star rating than five.
