NEW - Posted March 30, 2026 Hello again at Mainstream! 🙂 I just wanted you to know that I did have my maintenance call from your technician, Tony, yesterday. He was super and I appreciated his visit a lot! He answered new questions that I had regarding the AC (when I get ready to use it again) and how it all relates back with the furnace and system that I have. He was thorough when he was looking at the A/C system and while giving a look over to my furnace. He has terrific customer service/technician skills - very professional! I had new AC installed at the end of July by Isaac and Sean. They installed it in one day and it kept my house cool during the hot spells - nice relief! Thank you both so much! Then, last week, I was having issues with getting the humidifier on the furnace to startup and run properly so I called Mainstream. A repairman named Josh came out and worked on the humidifier, got it running beautifully, and the air now feels great with some moisture in it! I asked questions about the furnace as there were some new attachments on it and I do like to know what is normal and what is not when the furnace/humidifier is running. He explained how it functions and answered all of my questions. I appreciated how he got it running and took the time to make the explanations! Very professional - thank you, Josh!

We had our AC/Heat Pump replaced with a new Daikin system. Issac, Josh and Anthony did a great job and put down drop tarps, cleaned up during and after the installation and over all were professional and pleasant. Great job and took the time estimated to complete the job as stated.

Mainstream was great. Had a sink clogged and they came out and took care of it. My technician Ricky was knowledgeable, polite, and communicated clearly. He showed us exactly what the problem was and made sure we knew the price, no hidden surprises or fees. I would definitely have them out again and recommend to a friend.

Had Pierce Fleming out for a backed up system and after getting ot unclogged, he sent a camera down to find out why. Long story short there is a problem and let me know what it would cost to fix it. He was an awesome positive guy and walks you through what's going on.
