Always have fast and professional service from Mainstream. Just had Steven McGloflin fix my water heater which had a leak and another leaking pipe as well, plus helped me out with the water pressure on one of my shower heads. He was awesome! Professional and friendly, very efficient!

The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with the installation of a water heater and RO filter for the kitchen sink. They cleaned up all materials after completion of the jobs.

It's not very often you get such quality service these days. I want to shout out Pierce Fleming! The Duke of drains, the king of cabeling, the prince of pipes! I had a slow draining washer and he fixed it quickly. He is professional, kind, skilled and went above and beyond while on the worksite. Thanks Pierce!

Steven did a great job capping my gas line to prepare for a new induction stove. While he was there, he checked my water heater and saw rust issues on the galvanized parts, so he replaced them and the copper feed lines. Nice to know it’s fixed for future use without issues. Thank you!

They communicate their progress from service order to final payment, and even share beforehand the service technician's name and photo for customer recognition and safety. Sam was a real find...actually explained our problem and the rest of the electrical system so I could understand it. He knows his stuff!
