Well, where to start. I was totally surprised when I contacted Mainstream electric on a friday and was informed I could have same day service! Tracy Morrison was the plummer/ tech who arrived, early than expected another plus. Tracy is friendly, outgoing, proud of his expertise and level of his ability to repair effectively, not arrogant just confident. Tracy’s repair of the kitchen sink lived up to his experience and joy of being a plumber, Tracy explained all the steps needed to best repair the current issue, thank you very much. Mainstream is out standing. We are so impressed with the organizational skills. They work in two's. Very skilled individuals who installed a new furnace & Air conditioner & hot water tank. All in one day. There were 10 men. They were fast and they all knew each each other. They all liked and respected each other. We are very happy with our knew furnace & Air conditioner. Very happy with our new hot water tank too.

We had another great experience with the Mainstream Team today! First with Joe coming out and providing us with thorough check on our HVAC System and Heat Pump. Then we had Pierce do an outstanding job with clearing several drains and checking our main drain line. Our day finished with the always Timely and Tenacious Taylor … installing a new Kitchen faucet for us. Taylor always gets the job done with a friendly focus and we appreciate his willingness to answer any questions we have about the work and for future projects! All three team members delivered with great customer service and communication before, during, and after they completed the work. We truly appreciate the Mainstream Team and manner in which you do business!

Austin addressed our plumbing and septic issues with patients and thoroughness. The rental has some quirks and he was able to root cause the issue. He was very professional and helpful in navigating the conversation needed to complete the work. Thank you and great job!
