I had a complete rewire of a house done last summer by Mainstream. They gave me 5 different estimates depending on the extent of work I wanted to have done. I went with the highest as I wanted the house which was built in 1956 to be up to current code and safe. They did a fantastic job on the house and even though I called them this summer to come and check on one switch I thought was a little twitchy, they were immediately there to check on it. They replaced two old 1950's fans and a very old bathroom and kitchen light along with the rewire and the place has never been better! I had heard about Mainstream from friends that had used their services over the years and they all swore by them. I was not disappointed. When I have the garage rewired next year, I will be using Mainstream again!

A company that stands behind its word! After already having an air conditioner installed and being totally happy, I had a Halo air purification installed. There was a bit of a mix-up with the quote and what I was getting, and after the install, I did not get the whole package that I thought. But the Mainstream owner, John, Skyler and others made it right! It was supposed to be more of a charge, but because of the confusion and hassle, they did it for free. This is exactly what type of company I want to work with. Honesty and Integrity are of the utmost and mainstream and its employees live up to those words.

**UPDATE**
Got a call early this morning from Sierra, and thanks to her, I'll be giving them another chance. She did a great job recovering Mainstream's reputation (hear that, bosses? HANG ONTO HER) and I'll have someone here working on my house promptly.
Brendan arrived promptly and got everything I needed done. The attic access was AWFUL but he soldiered through it. Thank you.
Terrible experience. Waited for an appointment for weeks, only to be called a few days before telling me they had to cancel. Stuff happens, so I said ok. Rescheduled for last Friday afternoon, no one showed up.
Called to see what happened, got the answering service at 4:30pm on Friday (doesn't anyone work until 5pm anymore?) and though I left a message, I still haven't heard anything from them. What is even more shocking is I was a return customer. Buh bye, Lamestream.
