Absolutely amazing service from reservation to completion! They got me in early and the customer service rep (Britney) was super understanding of my flaky schedule. The tech was kind, on time, and taught me a ton about my HVAC system. Even when we were stumped he pushed through, dug deeper, and discovered the issue with true expertise. Could not be more impressed! I will not be calling anyone else in the future. This is my new HVAC connect!

I wanted a quote in replacing my hot water heater. A Mainstream plumber called me 15 minutes out from visiting me as I was told would happen by the Mainstream customer service representative. Two plumbers came by and gave me their opinions and after 15 minutes of discussion, I was told my quote would be ready to review and by golly, it was. The whole experience was professional and very friendly.

Happy with main stream electric

In the last 3 Days we had several crews from your company come out and do work for us, Dave and Hunter installed water lines for a utility sink. Jim Kieffer and his partner completed a Furnace Inspection and Brent Damschen completed a Hot Water Heater flush. We, my wife and I, are completely satisfied with all the work accomplished. Your employees are the best at what they do. All of them are courteous, Prompt, and completely fill us in on anything and everything dealing with our service or problems. We are specially pleased with the Text Message when we can expect them, photos of the technician and a bit of background. We know before they arrive, who they are and their qualifications. These guys did a great job. I was hesitate with the cost of what needed to be done. But they reassured me that the end result was best for my sewer pipes. My house is over a hundred years old and they took it slow to make sure not to damage my sewer pipes and now my pipes look better than they have ever looked in the 34 years I have lived in this house.

Mainstream Electric did an absolutely fantastic job installing my new heating system, tankless water system, and soft water system!! Ryan was phenomenal, and worked diligently to troubleshoot any concerns we had!! I would use Mainstream again for all of my heating, plumbing, and electrical projects!!
