Always a pleasure to do business with Mainstream Electric!!! This time for HVAC! We had a fairly new furnace when we moved in years ago, and installed a heat pump shortly after move in. The work was done by another local company. We found things wired incorrectly, half-done, etc. we didn’t know existed and could’ve been a safety issue over the years. Enter Jim Kieffer, Mr. HVAC, from Mainstream! We needed a simple tune-up on our heat pump. No prob! As we went thru the checks, we found issues most likely initiated by the other company upon install and subsequent yearly checks. Rather than put us into an “OMG it’s gonna cost how much” coma, he gave us more than several options-from total replacement to instant fix -along with pricing and amazing explanations about how HVAC should work, safety, preventative maintenance options, etc. He was clear, concise, helpful, personable, and obviously competent! The care and time he took with us for a simple tune up reinforced the fact that we will keep going back to Mainstream. We’ve now used them for electrical work (Shop) and HVAC. They’ve earned our business and our loyalty from here out! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: July 2020...Skyler and Ryan just installed our new DAIKIN FIT!! Love it!!! Easy to use, efficient, super quiet! Our duct cleaning is on Monday. Plus, Jake stopped by today to get us a couple extra filters. You cannot go wrong when you hire Mainstream! They never, ever disappoint! Top notch from the customer service reps to those who do the estimates to the ones who do the installs and repairs. Again...THANK YOU!!!!!

I called Mainstream to help fix the water line to my fridge. When I called the girl who answered the phone was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She answered all my questions without even the hint of annoyance. They made sure to call in a timely manner when they had to reschedule. When the tech, Larry, came today he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. I will definitely be using Mainstream for all my future services. UPDATE: Since this post, they have come out a few times for our annual check on the AC/furnace and then to replace the AC/furnace and Mainstream has been amazing every single time! They answer my questions with a smile and don't seem to judge me when I get confused about the information they are giving. I will definitely continue to do business with them!

Edit to add: When we had all quotes come in from other companies, it was a no brainer that we would hire Mainstream. They worked with us to stay within our budget but still provided us with everything we wanted and needed. We had our new furnace and AC installed yesterday. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work by Mainstream. Every person who has been in my home has been professional, friendly, clean, informative and helpful, and super friendly with our dog. Today we are having the hot water heater replaced. We will be having electrical work done soon and there is no question that we will be hiring Mainstream for the job. We look forward to doing business with Mainstream again soon. We're in the market for a new furnace and central air and have had a few quotes. Mainstream has been, by far, the most informative, knowledgeable, and personable. There are many options available in many different price ranges. The technician was on time, friendly, didn't try and upsale any products but let me know everything Mainstream has to offer. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Mainstream. I'm confident they're the company we will be finalizing the deal with.

I have used mainstream before, always great service. Brent was great. Took no time for him to diagnose problem, gave me several options, I chose the one good for me and he went straight to work and completed it in no time. Its also nice they have such diversity for home problems too, plumbing my problem, electrician I had used them for that too, heating and air. I had called another company, as they installed my water heater and said they couldn't come till Tuesday. Mainstream was out next day, as I didn't notice no hot water till 4pm, they tried to schedule me in for that night, but no available tech without it becoming a night call additional charge, I was fine for hot water overnight. Great company to work with. Office staff are also kind and caring and kept me informed during the day. Thank you mainstream.

Mainstream got me scheduled for a next day appointment. They sent out Val to inspect my water heater, she gave us several options and was able to install a new one the same day ensuring our readiness for a short notice home inspection. Thank you for your helping us out👍

Our A/C went on the fritz last night. I called Mainstream Electric at 7am they had someone at our home by noon. Before John arrived I recieved an email and a text message letting me know who was coming including a photo. I LOVE this safety feature. John was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable!! Had the problem fixed in no time. Thank you!!! I would recommend John and everyone at Mainstream!!!!!

Highly recommend James Bening just left our house. He is very professional and was able to get the drain fixed right away with in minutes. Thanks james if we ever need a plumber again we will defiantly call you guys

Jake came to our house for regular service on our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a way that was very understandable. He ended our service with some estimates that I asked for, but there was no hard sell for me to make a decision. Totally happy and satisfied with our service, and would be happy if Jake was our technician again!
