I called several plumbing companies to come out same day and all said no except for Mainstream Plumbing. I explained that my mother had been without hot water for days and Sierra sent a tech out within 2 hours to look at my mom's water heater. This was going to be paid for through home warranty company and having a rocky start with the tech, I contacted Jim Kieffer who took charge to remedy the situation. He explained to us the costs and service involved with replacing water heater, explained new code upgrades/permit process and contacted home warranty supervisor to get approval to replace water heater. He went out of his way to work with home warranty to get approved. He was extremely professional and really made us feel like he had our best interest at heart. Thanks Jim and Mainstream for your professionalism and looking out for your customer. You rock!

The technicians did a great job installing my new A/C unit. They were on time, polite, and asked me questions when they needed to. When they completed the installation, they showed me the new A/C unit and asked if the new unit was satisfactory.

The tech that came out was Jake, let me tell you he knew what he was talking about for sure. Great people person too, he did not pressure me to buy. He told me what I needed and what it would cost. We woke up with no heat and it was 9de outside. Not knowing who to call we tried Mainstream Electric, Heating Co. I'm so happy we did! Jim Kieffer, the HVAC expert was at our house in no time. He reviewed our system and gave us options of parts and services needed. His HVAC knowledge and communication style is exceptional. He had us up and running quickly and within budget.
