I was originally told I wouldn't be able to get service until Monday (today being Thursday). I scheduled and was put on their emergency list in case they could squeeze me in as I had water under my upstairs bathroom floor and a leak in my pipe, forcing me and my family of 3 to have no water. I received a call less than 30 minutes later saying Brent D. was on his way and would see me in about 20 minutes. Brent came in, was friendly and got everything all fixed up for us quickly. Props to Brent for also being super friendly and patient with my very inquisitive 4 year old. He did an excellent and thorough job and we are very happy. Thank you!

Truly a good idea to call Mainstream after 2 other plumbing companies would take 3-5 days to get here to me with a flooded basement. Was very impressed that I think it was Whitney suggested she'd call Restoration 1, also. Both Mainstream & Restoration 1 were here within 30 minutes & they identified the burst pipe within 30 minutes. Valerie with Mainstream replaced the pipe tofay & Restoration 1 will be ongoing for months. Exceptional service from Mainstream for an older lady like me. Much thanks ❤

Mainstream was extremely efficient & easy to work with despite the fact that I was not present to interact with them on site, they were flexible in allowing me to arrange everything over the phone. The work was completed in a very timely manner considering that a major storm had disrupted power for a sizeable number of people. Their representative communicated via phone & email to keep aware of progress & provided me with honest evaluation of the options provided. The office staff was great in working with me on payment as well & I would definitely recommend them. They aren't the cheapest option, but they are quality. ADDITIONAL: I purchased a maintenance contract when they did the electrical service & they contacted me to fulfill it- very professional & mindful of social distancing & other safety issues during this time. I am very pleased to have found this company.

Furnace went out, and they were here in less than three hours from time called, and will have new in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend.

Mainstream Electric was very helpful with diagnosing issues with our aging furnace and replacing it with a new higher efficiency model in a short time-frame. We're very happy with our new Lenoxx furnace and its working great. A LOT quieter than our old model..you hardly know its running.

I thought I possibly had a major problem with my water heater. I had no hot water. One of the first things David did was check the circuit breaker controlling the hot water tank. The breaker had somehow tripped. He flipped it back in place and instantly you could hear the tank working again. Quick and simple solution. And he was very professional and friendly to boot. I recommend him.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I called Mainstream at 12:30 on a Friday and by 5:00 that same day my sink was unclogged!

My technician, Valery, was able to come up with the best plan to resolve my hot water and water pressure issues in a timely manner.
