Hunter and Derek These two gentlemen were here repair what I thought was a problem with my plumbing... plumbing was ok did not need repair however after them checking more plumbing in our bathrooms they showed me what should be done in the future on some connections in the bathrooms..BE SURE mainstream will be the first one called for services which you provide. Mainstream did a fantastic job! Jim the tech knew exactly what the problem was and he gave me many options. He showed me he cared and i was important. I really appreciate he put booties on to not track the snow throughout my house. I will be calling them again if needed.

These two gentlemen did such a great job they had to use the crawl space and found the area of frozen pipe.They replaced it and cleaned everything up and were courteous and kind the whole time. I will use them for fixing and replacing my water heater down the road and anything else that I need to get done

Jim went the extra mile by walking up my driveway because the plowing company we have has not plowed our driveway. He also took the time to explain what I needed to do when my conservation pump stops. In my opinion Jim is a great employee and I hope that he gets a bonus or better yet a raise. It was a real pleasure to him him help me with my problem.
