I had a great experience from beginning to end with Mainstream. I had my 1976 furnace evaluated and then replaced with a new 96% efficient Daikin furnace. The customer service was above and beyond from the start with the tech that came and evaluated my system to the staff that answered my phone calls, and team that installed my system. I was more then satisfied with Mainstream Electric.

After the water line to my fridge sprung a leak, Mainstream responded quickly. From the receptionist that answered the phone to the techs who completed the repairs, everything was done faster than expected. The price seemed high but the work was exceptional.

Alex knows his stuff and likes his job. He makes the customers feel at ease and just presents the facts. On time and he likes my dog.

I have been nothing but satisfied on the way that this company has done things. Other companies turned me down when I needed the electrical help and they didn't. They helped me find a way to get a loan so that I could pay for it . They were right on time they did the work very professionally and they helped with getting my son and I electricity again. Mike Z was terrific from start to finish. He took the time to find out exactly what we needed and offered us multiple options. We had scheduled the installation of a chandelier a few weeks ago. It was not a simple install as we have a vaulted ceiling with no access and no exisiting wiring. We added two additional projects to the list and he happily accepted. He was very efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. It was a pleasure having him in our home and we appreciate him staying late on a Friday to finish our extra projects! Mainstream is lucky to have such a fine representative of their company! We will happily refer our friends and family to Mainstream and tell them to ask for Mike Z by name! 🙂 Thank you! The staff from the office to the scheduling and the electrician were all so kind and helpful.

They ran into a problem but fix it also found a problem with an old fan. When they come back to install additional lights,if ever our order gets here. Great job,I am really satisfied. Thanks
