After the finished, they made sure to teach me how to use the new thermostat and where the furnace's filter was located and how and when to replace it. The furnace is better than our old one in every fathomable way and we couldn't be happier about the service, price, and product we received from Mainstream.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Mainstream and have been pleased both times. I called on a Sunday after hours but still talked to a person and was told I’d get a call the next day. Not only got the call, the tech was out that morning. Chod did an excellent job identifying our issue and quickly resolving it. I would highly recommend them.
