Very punctual. I called in the morning when my air conditioning quit. And on the hottest days of the season. They came that morning and replaced the parts and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Great Company.

Our AC unit failed during one of the hottest days of the summer. I called in the afternoon and had a appointment for the following day. The office staff kept me notified when the technician would be at my home. The technician called me when he was 20 minutes out. When he got here he went right to work and identified the problem and gave me a detailed estimate. While working on my AC he ran into a low voltage problem and spent several hours checking my thermostat and furnace. He eliminated a wiring mess that he was not aware of and not quoted in the original estimate. After working several hours in the hot summer sun, our AC unit is fixed and working great and I didn't pay a penny over the original estimate. I can't say enough good things about the office staff and the technicians with Mainstream Electric!!!!

Central air stopped working a week ago, today was the first appointment available. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. Josh took his time to make sure I understood my options, answered all of my questions, had to go back for a specific part, and then he fixed it! He was also very clear, even with the house closed up it was only going to cool off about a degree an hour. Good to know since it is 93° in here now. Price was what I was quoted. I am very pleased with my experience!

We had an air conditioner go out just as the weather was heating up, naturally! So, I made a call to Mainstream and the young lady who answered the phone made me smile immediately! It’s worth a call just to hear her greeting! From there, things got even better. She was able to make an appointment within a day to have her technician (Josh) come out to take a look at my disabled brother’s air conditioner. Josh first tried to save the unit without replacing the motor to save us money, but unfortunately he couldn’t. So, he placed an order to get a new motor and was back with it in a couple of days. He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up his mess and left the air conditioning unit a whole lot cleaner than he found it! To say thank you, we invited him to pick as many raspberries as he wanted to take home to his family. He was so sweet and appreciative. I hope we don’t have to call Mainstream again, but if we need this service, they are the people we will call! I don’t know how their prices compare with others, but I do know they are friendly and get the job done! I can recommend them because I trust them. Thank you, Josh! 😃

Thank you Mainstream! I first met with Robert C. Robert was very knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns regarding updating our electrical panel. We were able to set up our service the next day. Mike P.and Austin G. Arrived on time and very courteous (we have 2 dogs) and always advised us of what to expect. The job took 2 days lots of work.
