Love Brett P!!! We have always wanted to add a second bathroom in our home and heard Mainstream does plumbing also it was an easy decision. Brett P. came and gave an honest estimate with several options. I decided to have them install the plumbing and I would later build the walls and install the shower, sink and toilet. Brett worked all day just having to get the concrete out of the way. Most basements have four inch floors. Found out our was seven inches deep! He came back the next day and finished. Everything is great! There was a small leak that he came back and fixed and now I can start my “project”. We used them previously to remove and replace all the old knob and tube electrical in our place and loved the service and quality of work. We are so happy for Mainstream that we now have ONE company we can call for several home repair needs! We ate even going to call them instead of another company that comes every six months to unclog the lines due to tree roots as their price is half of what we have been paying. Great company great service professionals!!

What a team, scheduling and phone contact started the ball rolling. From there an appointment was made the tech showed on time and he and his assistant assessed the situation, discussed options and began to work. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the worksite left cleaner than when they arrived. Five Star Service with friendly helpful employees!!!

Called to have someone come inspect my furnace. A guaranteed time slot was about 6 weeks out, but I was willing to try for an on-call type appointment. A technician was available the next day. Josh L was professional, friendly, and best of all, a clear communicator. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, rather, he just walked me through what to expect in the near future of the life of my furnace, based on what's commonly seen with my model.

On Memorial Weekend, Robert C came and assessed what I needed, made suggestions and then gave me 3 different options. After I chose (while he patiently answered my questions) , he changed out a chandelier, fixed a hall ceiling light and identified a problem that could have started a fire if it hadn't been found, moved wall sconce locations and installed new sconces. Apprentice Austin came and helped with that. One of the chandelier cylinders was broken when he opened the box and he gave suggestions as to how I could handle it. I decided to keep the chandelier and wait for a replacement cylinder. I love the new lights and Rob and Austin were extremely pleasant. Rob had suggestions as to improvements I could make later as money allowed. Very positive experience! He even brought back special Edison lights for my new fixture.
