They arrived on time and the technician, Josh, was very professional, thorough and helpful in taking the time to explain things about my system that I didn't already know. Josh made a number of recommendations for future service and maintenance but was not in the least bit pushy. I will definitely be using Mainstream for my future electrical and HVAC needs!

We decided to go with Mainstream to change the locations of a socket and light fixture in our master bathroom. Our experience with Rob during our initial estimate meeting definitely sold us on the company. Rob was well-informed and patient in answering all of our questions, which helped us understand extractly what was to take place. Rob and Cody made quick work of our job, and went above and beyond to help us achieve both functionality and the asthetic look we were going for. They were even respectful of our cats. With 11 degree weather outside, our furnace decided to malfunction. We reached out to Mainstream Electric based on TV Ad., and the experience was positive from start to finish. Jacob did the diagnostic on the old furnace, and was successful in getting the glitch resolved quickly. His detailed, simple to understand outline of the process was welcomed. I signed up for a maintenance program with Jacob, due to this positive experience. Discussing now having Mainstream replace the old furnace.

I needed repairs in my house electrical system. Don R. was on time, courteous, efficient and equipped to do the job. He was very careful not only to provide me with a verbal description of the problem, he also took pictures to show me exactly what the problem was. Don was thorough and provided me with an accurate estimate of the cost before he began work. I would rely on Don R. for any electrical work.

Matt was very pleasant and took his time with me as we reviewed the issue I called about. He asked if I had any other things he could help with and we discussed a plan to update my electrical and add a generator. This has been on my mind for some time as power outages in winter are pretty common where I live. We will be working together on this plan in the next year. We had a very bad electrical issue- Matt was our Tech they sent out-he was very kind-respectful-and thorough in his search to root out the problem-when he returned to do the repairs- he was professional- and made us feel safe again in our home. Would request him again if ever the need arises.

Robert was courteous, respectful, compassionate and very professional. He told me about options for our repair and listened to my comments and questions. He stayed with the job until we were certain we had no further issues before leaving after a long day. No one I know likes to spend substantial amounts of money for unplanned repairs. Neither do I but Robert's attention to our needs made this particular experience less painful. Mainstream has been very pleasant and helpful in follow up conversations after the repair. How often do you hear someone ask "How can I make you smile?" when you call with questions or concerns? First time for me!
