We have a very old house with a very old toilet. Stephen.McGloflin Was great. He explained everything to us and fixed our problem promptly. We have used mainstream multiple times and have always been very happy with the service we received.

We called for a stopped sewer line and Nolan discovered we had a poorly seated toilet that was leaking into our crawl space. Additionally, we had no clean out valve in our sewer line. We had Matt come out and assist Nolan with a clean out installation. We found roots in the line out to the mainline sewer connection but worse was a type of drainpipe called Orangeburg that was buckling and heaving. After consultation with Tye Hooley, another tech, we scheduled to have a HDPE liner placed. Tye, Robert and Keaton needed two days to place the line due to the city main sewer line being too close to our fence line. These guys were fast, efficient, clean and extremely professional. I would call them for any issues I have with my plumbing. I cannot recommend Mainstream enough. Thank you so much, Tye, Robert and Keaton.

Had a backed up kitchen drain with a broken sink drain fitting. Happened on the weekend. Nolan S. Arrived early Sunday morning and did a great job fixing it.

Nolan Siegel was a very polite young man. Answered all my questions, let me hang out & watch I was curious. Definitely couldn't have done it without him! Glad I didn't try. Did an amazing job & cleaned everything nicely when he was done, & super kind! ☺️
