My wife and I bought a home in Coeur d'Alene we had a laundry room issue! It was not a very good layout, called Mainstream for a quote, they were here the next day moving washer and dryer to another wall, hot water tank descaled and a new water softener install. Even though the price was a little high it was worth it, technicians were great and did a fantastic job. I will be calling Mainstream in the future for plumbing issues. Thank you Mainstream.

Taylor and braided were excellent electricians. They went to work right away even though just giving me an estimate the estimate was awesome. They were very customer service oriented and various assertive and I’m so grateful I have had poor service from other electricians and today is the day even though it’s the 13th, I just wanna let them know that I can only afford maybe $500 today to pay them and make another payment in January 500 if that would be acceptable because I do have a mortgage and I’m a 68-year-old senior I’m hoping I got a senior discount. Thank you.

The “Juggernaut of Jetting” otherwise known as Pierce was extremely helpful!! It was a tougher than normal job that required additional attempts. He communicated well and made sure the job was completed successfully. We were really happy with the work!!

We had an awesome experience with Steven and Nick. We had our furnace and water heater hazard tagged after having a gas leak fixed, due to the previous homeowner’s very incorrect installation of the exhaust for our furnace and water heater. They came the same day and worked into the night to get it fixed and restore our hot water and heat. They were very friendly and professional and we will definitely be using Mainstream again in the future.

Furnace stopped working on a cold December weekend. Mainstream was quick to respond with a same-day visit to identify the problem. Unfortunately the required part was not available until after the weekend, but Gabe came out to replace the component before any of us - or our pipes - froze. Gabe was friendly, professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Great service at a fair price; will definitely be keeping them in my phone contacts.
