I have used these guys twice for clogged drain and replacement. Jaymin and Taylor came out right away and they were awesome! I am so happy with their service and work. Thank you for your excellent service! Your technician, Gabe, came over on time for a scheduled tune-up of my furnace. I mentioned that my heat had turned on then off again that morning for no apparent reason. He found the problem and fixed it, letting me know exactly what had to be done. He took many pictures showing me components that had significant wear that may have to be replaced in the near future. Gabe was a friendly, capable, and professional young man … which is what convinced me to keep Mainstay as my go-to for my heating and cooling needs.

Matt was very professional, kind and did the best he could to give us a reasonable price for a new hot water tank. He took the rest of the evening to install and make sure it was working properly. We can't say enough positive things about Matt.

Robert and Nick installed a new water heater for me today. They were courteous and professional while working in my home. They prepared the house for foot traffic and made sure everything stayed clean without leaving any mess behind. They explained what steps they needed to take and when they were finished explained what they did and made sure my questions were addressed. They did a nice clean install and it looks much better than my previous water heater installation.
