We moved into a new home and weren't familiar with the boiler system. We have been hearing continous knocking sounds. Mainstream technician Tracy came out and explained how the boiler works and said its probably air in the pipes and showed us how to bleed boiler. Mainstream waived the trip charge and our cost was nothing. We have used Mainstream in the past and they were also extremely knowledgeable when replacing our 30 year old water heater.

Wrong food got put down the disposal and Mainstream was able to get us in the next day *without* an emergency charge! Nolan did great, he gave us lots of options but didn’t try to up-sell us either. He got it fixed fast and was really nice and mindful of pets too!

Pierce Fleming did an amazing job on my kitchen sink! There was a chance it would leak and he did his best to be careful and still get the job done! There was plastic in my pipes, I would have never known! 100% honest and always willing to work with you!

Technician was friendly and easily handled the hot water heater inspection. He also checked all bathroom and kitchen plumbing. Then he got into the crawl space and looked at the entire plumbing. Mainstream technicians are quite thorough.
