This is the second time we have had Mainstream come take care of our home. We were lucky enough to have the same tech Pierce come out both times. He was professional and kind. He left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. The prices are more than fair. I recommend them and if your are lucky enough to get Pierce, you will see what I mean.

So I bought a lemon "Rheem gas electric" tankless water heater about 5 years ago and it's had problems ever since.. the young man "Sam" who came to my house on a Sunday looked at this thing for about 10 minutes and came to the conclusion that it was installed wrong and they damaged the mother board to it. I have to buy a new water heater but even though it cost me.. the experience and friendliness was worth it

I was impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail that Gabe performed during a pressure switch replacement to fix our furnace. Six hours later my carbon monoxide sensor units started beeping. I reseted them and called Mainstream, Joshua came within an hour and checked the system out. He explained things and installed two new sensing units to insure that our house was safe. Both these individuals were very courteous and thorough in their work. I would recommend them anytime, outstanding 5 of 5 stars .

Jay and Riley came by today to fix our plumbing issue.They were both very professional and very pleasant to speak with. They explained everything well, and the pricing seemed very fair. My issue was resolved quickly and very cost effectively. I would highly recommend Mainstream plumbing for any issues that you might have. I use Mainstream for everything. My main line was backing up, and Pierce came out today to check it out and ultimately snaked it. He was super pleasant, knowledgeable, and meticulously clean. It was a really pleasant experience- I highly recommend this company!

We had our toilets and showers back up, of course, on a Sunday. I called around to get bids for drain cleaning, but all of the local plumbing companies were either closed or had after hours pricing. I have to be honest; I assumed Mainstream would have been the most expensive because of all their commercials and nice vehicles, but I was wrong. After getting high on-call and after-hours bids, I looked at Mainstream just so I could do my due diligence. I was pleasantly surprised they did not charge me extra for the weekend and they had a guy out that afternoon. They bid me "$83 or it's free" for drain cleaning. Unfortunately, they were unable to clear my line because I had worse problems. The supervisor Tye came out the next day with the camera and found a break in my sewer line. The recommended the "Jetter" to clear the line and assess the damage. It was later determined I had a break and required them to dig in my front yard to fix it. I was so nervous because I was afraid, they would damage my yard. The guys did such a great job and were so careful as to not hurt my grass with the excavator. They had special little plates they drove on to protect the ground, and they used canvas tarps for the dirt. Because I had to have a bigger fix, Mainstream reimbursed me for all the prior work they did. I also was pleased with Mainstreams' policy about fixing sprinkler lines. The guys did break one of my lines but repaired it. Although I wish I never have to go through this again, I was pleased with the work they did, but more importantly, the kindness and professionalism of every one of the crew members. Special shout out to all the guys, especially Tye and Nathan. My only complaint about Mainstream is the dispatch. They did not keep me very informed about when the crews would be there for the work, they would just tell me like a half hour before they arrived. It made my daily plans more difficult because of the lack of communication.

It's Thanksgiving Day and woke up to water backing up in the downstairs bathroom all over the floor. I called Mainstream thinking I was going to leave a message for a return call so I could get a technician out ASAP! Diana answered the phone and scheduled someone to come out on Thanksgiving! I told her we could wait until Friday because I didn't want to interrupt Thanksgiving for someone. She assured me that they have scheduled employees for holidays, too. What a relief. Pierce was at our door in approximately 45 minutes. He was polite, went to work right away, and got everything up and running so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving get together. Thank you, Pierce! I even signed up for the Mainstream Care Club. Thanks, Mainstream and Happy Thanksgiving! P.S. Charge for coming out on a holiday was very reasonable!

We had the pleasure of having Gabe take care of an issue we had with our furnace. He was prompt, efficient, and communicated very effectively. Great service!

Our service person, Steven McGloflin, was efficient, kind, clean and thorough. He came to our house yesterday at the end of the day to assess the problem and was able to come back to our home this morning and be finish with repairs and on to his next customers by noon.
