Taylor B. Installed two new bathroom sinks for me today. He came out yesterday to do annual maintenance on my hot water heater and ypon testing the water in my bathrooms, he notice that one sink stopper was broken and the other sink stopper was close to be broken. We discussed price to replace the two stoppers vs new sinks. I chose to go with new sinks and do glad that I did. Taylor always provides excellent service. He’s very polite and honest. He’s my official plumber! Thanks Mainstream and Tyler for the great work.

Nolan was incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, took all the proper precautions, used booties in my house, even cleaned up my drain and surrounding area cleaner than it was before he got there. Stellar service, will definitely use Mainstream again.

We had a leak in our plumbing that soaked through the basement ceiling. Went online to make an appointment and had service the next day. Steven McGloflin was outstanding. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He explained the cause of the problem and some corrective measures we could take that were cost effective. Highly recommend Mainstream and Mr. McGloflin.

Yesterday Josh and Alex came to take out old plumbing (1958) and put new plumbing in. These two men worked hard all day, they were wonderful. They consulted me frequently and Josh even brought in my groceries! They cleaned up as much as possible. I highly recommend both of them.

I had a heater inspection done by Mainstream. The service man was on time and completed the inspection completely, and provided a written explanation of all the results .

Huge shout out to Nathan, Robert, and most of all Tye for helping our family out when our main water line failed. They all stepped up and worked tirelessly in the cold to excavate and pump out all of the water in order to make the repair, even offering water jugs and a complimentary hotel for the night for my family. They all were nothing but courteous and knowledgeable. Although I hope I never need their services again, if I do, I will not hesitate to call Mainstream and hopefully have one of them come out and solve the problem.
