My technician, Pierce thought he was coming for a simple drain clog. After 2 hours, we determined the piping had failed and needed to call in one of their plumbers to correct the problem. Pierce called and made the appointment for the plumber who came the next day to fix the problem. Excellent service!

EDIT: since my last review, I have had mainstream come out to my house multiple times… they ended up having to replace my water heater that failed at no fault to them and now my furnace…. It has been a process but I have to commend Wyatt and Anthony for coming out and doing an inspection, giving me multiple options that are comparable to the current market, and also offering financing that I could afford. I really appreciated how in depth Wyatt went through the whole process with me so I knew exactly what to expect for the entirety of the project. As a first time home owner, I’m getting to enjoy all the expenditures that come along with it and Wyatt streamlined and made the process go as smoothly as it possibly could - that goes a long way! I could tell he was very knowledgeable and well-versed with the systems and it really helped put me at ease. Now hopefully I won’t have to make anymore house calls! 🤣 Steven was great. He went above and beyond to make sure my leaking pipe in the bathroom was repaired but also recommended a company that specializes in mold restoration to come out and give me a free quote to check for water damage from the leak! He was polite, quick, and efficient! Thanks, Steven!

Mainstream is AMAZING! Special shout out to Dan the Electrician and Johnny was super sweet. Kendal was great every single contractor was amazing. I will preface my saying I dont have a lot. I also have severe ADHD. It took me years to settle my career on my own, and raise two kids. I eventually had to move from my Rental. That was Ok, i had a job now so, I bought a house. It had knob and tube wiring. I did not care. I bought it because it was in my price range (not much was) and it was close to school. It passed inspection. I needed this. Fast forward today (years later). I NEED central A/C and the furnace im sure needs replaced. But also, the knob and tubes, gotta go. Whom you gonna call for this tripple threat?? Mainstream. They fell perfect as far as quotes (I got more than one), not to mention the wiring. I need someone who can do it all; I cant be dealing with multiple contacts/contractors. They got me financed and sold; and an expert electrician (Dan) to fix EVERYTHING (electric). Dan came in on a day it was 100. In my house it was well over 90. He did not leave until I was hooked up and the temp was below 80 inside. Im so happy and proud right now. They did everything I asked and more. They also worked with my schedule; I am a banker, and we acquired (this is acquisition week) another bank, meaning I HAVE to be at work right now. Long story short, just make it easy and call Mainstream 😉 If it wasnt gross, I would hug you all!!

He offers options no one else considered or mentioned. Reminding us that we get a tax break for improving our heating/cooling system... these guys came in hours to my surprise and fixed everything within an hour.

Definitely pricier than other places, but they were able to do the repair so fast and we were in a bind. They were also very friendly and thoroughly explained all the work that needed done.

Inspection was handled well. Technician was concise and explained everything. Update: recently had a changeover from standard water heater with tank to a tankless water heater with filtration system. Works amazingly! Thanks Sam for all your work!

I absolutely recommend this company. Had them do a tune-up on my AC. Very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and the price is affordable. The tech advised me that my AC unit can also double as a heating unit. I've had other HVAC companies, and no one ever told me. Great job 🙂

We had our washer drain pipe backup and overflow, so we called mainstream as we had used them for our kitchen issues before. Pierce came out promptly and assessed our situation, communicated our options clearly, professionally and friendly no pressure. Definitely the best technician I have encountered anywhere. Go Pierce! Had us up and running quickly and was very clean.

Steve was great and thorough. I have electric work done in the past and have always been pleased. Called out for hot water tank maintenance. He did an initial walk through and pointed out some easy repairs I can do myself then did the flush. Gave us a quote for a new tank since ours is getting up there in age. No pressure and very knowledgeable.

Our experience with Jacob Banks was really pleasant. He gave us options to complete the clearing out a clogged kitchen sink. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Drains were cleaned in a timely manner.

Jaymin was nothing less then amazing. He went above and beyond then just the job at hand. With his hard work and determination, he was able to get the mother of all clogs cleared. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and considerate. Hubby and I have already decided our future needs will be with mainstream and Jaymin especially. After today's visit we're rest assured Jaymin will make sure we are taken care of.

The Tech that came was just awesome very knowledgeable offered advice to prevent future issues. Great attitude the whole time sweating it out to get the job done, 5 stars for sure from Jaymin who went above and beyond. Thank you def will recommend to everyone.
