I have the mnts plan, and Jaymin did a thorough job today. He also put up with my many questions in true teacher-fashion which I LOVED!!! Some don’t want to even say ‘howdy’.. and he definitely was able to get me to understand a lot more about condensation & the sump pump! Hallelujah! Only took me 25 yrs to get that answer!!!

Mainstream was a dream to work with. Had them come out a couple time and Jacob B ended up being the tech who was able to come into the house, work in some pretty tight spaces and clean out a major drain pipe. He was fast, they came out later in the evening on a Friday which was incredible, and got everything taken care of. He was wonderful and my communication with Jaymin has been fantastic as well. Thank you all!

Steve Stokke did a great job in helping with my tankless water heater (no hot water, no error code). Not only did he take the appropriate measures to fix the problem, he then explained to me why I was experiencing intermittent loss of hot water, and provided several options and suggestions to avoid these issues in the future. I learned more in 1 hour than I did over 2 years with Bill's Heating and AC. Steve was extra thorough, checking all faucets and my crawlspace for any issues. He even pulled my washing machine out to clean the build-up on the screens so I could stop using Tide Coldwater Clean! Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! 10/10

Five years after I purchased a Daikin One unit from them, a communication error appeared on my thermostat. I called Mainstream and they sent somebody to my home within an hour. He went through some troubleshooting and resolved the issue. He was very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable about the product. No charge with the warranty.

Pierce and Matt came out for some main line maintenance and got my home flowing again! They were very prompt, professional, and able to diagnose the issue with precision. Their service is far more affordable than competitors, and their availability worked incredibly well with my time constraints (being in school and working gives me some odd hours!). Their quote for a major project I can't put off any longer beat competitors by upwards of $30,000!!! Will definitely be using them for this and future projects!

Brandon Johnston and Liam were the perfect guys to come and spend 3 days at my home saving it from some seriously jacked up 75 year old wiring and other poorly done DIY from years ago. They worked with me completely and our plan in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms came out to perfection. It was very satisfying watching them accomplish a very high level of professional work. Team work made the dream work!
