Quick service and problem resolution.

Brandon and his assistant were excellent. They checked everything out and diagnosed our issue and helped put our minds at ease that the fridge was the problem and the electrical system did its job and was all ok. We will call for Brandon for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Brock was prompt, showed respect for our home and the issues we want to address related to HVAC. I asked dozens of (possibly extraneous) questions, but he wasn't impatient or thrown off by that--he was knowledgeable even about the fine details of our seriously outmoded system. He's a persuasive representative of the company but not pushy. My husband and I agreed to get more than one estimate on the needed equipment and installation but Brock's skill and attention to the specifics of our questions and concerns made a difference. Very easy to work with, full of innovative suggestions to overcome our structural challenges, and a respectful listener to our worries, too

Our A/C stopped working around 10 PM, and I saw an ad on Facebook. Used their website to see if would could get tech to even respond, found they had same day availability. The Tech Zack arrived within 3 hours and was even early. Promptly diagnosed issue, had the required parts in his truck, made the repair and system is running great. Zack was polite, informative and tolerated my questions as he worked. Mainstream: Zack is a keeper Reasonable rates, even more so as the demand during this heat spell had some other companies unable to respond for 5-8 days. I am happy they had a Facebook ad. Mainstream are now our go-to for HVAC and plumbing too now.

Wow. Great service. My old water heater died and I was able to get a new tankless water heater same day. I cant wait to see how much i save on electricity next month. Thanks for the help on a Saturday guys!

Mainstream came and reviewed my plumbing concerns and upon inspection pointed out some future concerns that we decided to have all fixed. Our first concern was the cost of the job however they showed up the next day and performed with skill and professionalism often lost these days. Thanks to all. I will definitely recommend.
