Steven Mcgloflin came to our home to install a sink , dishwasher and stove. A big undertaking but he did it all with a wonderful happy demeanor. Every time a challenge with the project occurred he just took it in stride and came up with a solution. He also stayed very late. To get it done! We are so grateful! Brandon Johnston and his apprentice were here on time. They kept us up to date on how the project was coming along. Both were friendly and still very professional. They did a great job installing the new sevice. When they were done they did a good job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone needing high quality electrical work. Steven McGloflin was the plumber who came out to look at our badly leaking bathroom sink and take a peek at our water heater (under the house by the way). This guy was awesome! He worked for HOURS in our teeny tiny bathroom with just a fan for cooling. He never complained, smiled the whole time and was really kind about the breaking the news to us about all our rotting stuff. He talked at length to us about our water heater, going over options. We didn't feel any pressure, yet he was honest with us concerning safety. Thank you Steven for working so hard for us!!

The crews we dealt with, from estimate to completion, were awesome! They were on time, professional, repaectful, and courteous! They did an excellent job. Very pleased!

My tankless water heater all if a sudden was issuing hot water through the cold water faucets in my sinks. I called Mainstream and they sent out a technician for the same afternoon. Paul arrived as scheduled and understood the problem immediately. He explained the cause and solution, which was to change the setting on how hot water makes use of the cold water lines for flushing. An adjustment to one of the controls solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. There was no charge for his visit.
