Here is a second 5 star rating that happened a couple years after the first one I posted above. Brandon J and another gent (possibly Ethan, but I did not get his card) came through and did some fantastic electrical work for me. Replaced some outlets and switches and installed a couple more outlets as well. Their work was quick, clean and efficient. Mainstream is a little expensive, but you always get peace of mind that things are done right, and if they aren’t the mainstream team will come out and fix it. Always a nice group of people to work with. Thanks guys!

I purchased my first house in the fall and the brand new AC unit outside would not turn on. While I meant to call Holliday Heating as they serviced my furnace in the winter, I accidentally called Mainstream on Monday. I figured it would be good to compare companies after realizing my mix-up and told them my issue. I said it was not an emergency and they scheduled me for the earliest available. While they ended up having to reschedule to Friday (originally scheduled for Wednesday), it was understandable since I said it was not urgent. The technician arrived and noticed this black cord/sensor hanging out of the furnace. He put it in the hole shown in the photo and the AC worked. Glad that it was just something simple , though I feel dumb that I didn't notice it, haha. The technician was extremely professional and nice with it only taking him less than a minute to resolve.

Just used Mainstream for the first time and couldn't be more pleased. Pierce was the fella that handled the job with such engaging personality and work professionalism. I will definitely use Mainstream again and thank you so much Pierce.

Pierce was very friendly, and handsome lol I was impressed he included me (I'm the disabled girl that can get used to getting ignored). He also seemed fast and efficient at cleaning my mom's (Louise) sink. He's good at his job. Thank you! Young girls will want him back lol

Adam was very knowledgeable & professional. He help us determine our needs & made suggestions for preventative maintenance that we were considering since Joe had mentioned at last service. We also signed up for one of the maintenance programs as well. Wont use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Steven M came out to fix a cracked pipe that I had. He was very professional and friendly! He unfortunately had to work very late, which I felt awful about but he was super positive about it and didn’t mind at all. I am super grateful for everything! Thank you Steven! On time and took very tinge to diagnose.

My AC stopped working on Sunday the day the temperature reached 95 degrees. I called Mainstream at 8 am Monday expecting they could make an appointment within 4/5 days. To my surprise, I was told that they would have someone out the same day! Anthony arrived just before 5pm. It took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part needed and it was too late to get one. Anthony returned by 10 am the next day and had the AC up and running in short time. Great company and Anthony was a great technician and a fantastic person.
