Probably one of the most honest companies I have ever worked with. We had our AC go out over the weekend called Sunday evening and Adam was out 1st thing in the morning next day. Had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Our unit is almost 20 years old and we are looking at need a new system soon.

I had a pleasant experience with Mainstream technician, Nick. I found Nick to be knowledgeable, thorough and genial in his approach. Nick offered a variety of options concerning water filtration and softening. I am pleased with my decision to use Mainstream Plumbing.

We had a local plumber from Elk, WA come fix the kichen sink pipe. While he was here we asked if he could snake our kitchen pipe as it was draining slowly. He said he didn't have his snake with him but that he would be back the following Tuesday. He never came, he wouldn't return our calls, no response whatsoever. Talk about feeling disrespected. Never again!! We called Mainstream on Monday morning 6/2. They said they could come out today. We live in Newport so we weren't sure if they covered this area. They called us back with a time. Pierce Fleming showed up with a smile on his face and a kind greeting. He assessed the issue, offered reasonable options for solving the issue, we agreed to an option, he went to work and fixed the problem within minutes. Mainstream is so AWESOME! The plumber (Steven M) was amazing! He was on time, professional, and efficient! We have had 3 different plumbing issues (non-related to each other) that Mainstream has helped us with! The last time I called I requested Steven by name! We had Stephen McGloflin out to look at our leaking outdoor sprinkler piping. He was able to fix the leaks and also checked our water pressure and it was way too high. Stephen replaced our pressure reducing valve. We were so grateful he found this issue. This is the second time we’ve had to have Mainstream out for plumbing issues and we are very happy with the work. We are on their 25.00 month plan now so we will have one stop shopping for plumbing, heating and air, and electrical. We highly recommend Mainstream.
