These guys installed an AC unit for me with electrical work and the whole nine yards and did a fantastic job! I purchased it Wednesday and they were there at 7:45am on Thursday to finish the job. Today, of course a holiday, we had a drain pipe backup. Gave a call to Mainstream. Jacob was out and arrived in the time promised, evaluated the problem and gave us a quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He did the job quickly without leaving a mess. We definitely appreciated Jacob and highly recommend Mainstream.

Mainstream was able to fix my issue with the electrical in my house. Bob did a very good job and explained the problem to me very well. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of us calling their office.

I just had my HVAC units inspected by Mainstream. I didn’t know how old the AC unit is, but Joe Inspected it and found it dates from 2014. It’s still in good shape but using the old type of refrigerant that can be detrimental to the ozone layer if a leak occurs. Since the unit can’t be converted, a new system will have to replace it within a few years (or maybe sooner). I was impressed that Joe explained everything to me in detail so I understand how everything works, and will be able to plan ahead for an eventual replacement. Joe is very good—honest, efficient, and professional. He also kept me apprised by text message about his arrival so I didn’t have to guess when he was going to show up.

Jacob was really nice and professional. Got our drain unclogged in a quick manner. Will definitely use you again if the need arises. Thanks

Have been having issues with our furnace (installed prior to our purchasing the home) and needed someone to diagnose the problem. Adam from Mainstream came out to diagnose and service our furnace, and had it working in less than an hour. Very friendly, informative, and professional tech. Would use Mainstream again!

My system backed up and I called Mainstream for help . They sent out Pierce Fleming ( a drain tech ) that same day . I needed extensive service work done so he and Matt came out the next day to run a camera down. They found a broken pipe .I am very pleased with their work and knowledge !! Thank you !!

Fast & efficient

FIVE STARS FOR MAINSTREAM!!! Had a sewer pipe just break out of nowhere, in my Dad's front yard. He had just passed away and we hadn't even buried him yet. I called them because a VERY CROOKED COMPANY tried to replace the entire sewer pipe from the front of the house to the middle of the road, for what was over $25,000. That company wanted a contract signed up front and the guy was at the house at 08am the next morning with pen in hand. Matt came out and evaluated, and told me the pricing up-front... $4900!! It took a long time to find the break, but the yard was spared, and pipe fixed in a very timely manner. Those guys were so kind, respectful, and HONEST!!! I give 100% on any future plumbing needs to Mainstream!! Thank you thank you thank you, Matt Gipson, Ty, Nathan, Robert, Austin, and Malachi! You made a shitty job go beautifully!!!!!

The two technicians came out quickly. The first one checked out the leak and also several things that were poorly installed by former technicians from a different company. Then after it was all checked out, another guy came out in the afternoon and put it all together and repaired everything and was very kind and considerate and helped me move some chairs onto my porch, which I appreciated fantastic company very impressed with their work
