I had Mainstream come by to help with a plumbing issue I wasn’t able to address myself. Pierce was the person who helped me out and he was fantastic. He got the job done well and efficiently and he walked through other concerns I had as well. A couple weeks later I also had Taylor from their plumbing department and Sam from their electrical department come by to do inspections and give me some recommendations and quotes. All three of these people were very polite, knowledgeable, and informative about services and pricing without being pushy at all. The prices quoted were also in line with other quotes I’ve gotten from other companies in the last few years, which was great to see considering the otherwise increasing costs of a lot of things. So far my experiences with Mainstream have been consistently positive, which is a relief when you’re trying to decide which home improvements/repairs to prioritize.

Pierce Fleming was fabulous!!! Did a great and quick job. Completely cleaned up when he was done. Extremely knowledgeable. Very personable, friendly and nice. I only want him in the future!!!!!

Tracy and Steven came by today to inspect our water heating system and clear out some drains. They were both very professional and courteous. They also answered all our questions and offered helpful advice. We are glad that we signed up for the Care Club! Steve, Taylor and Matt were great! They were very professional and even cleaned the lime scale stain from the sink when they finished their repairs. All in all, they took pride in their work and delivered above expectation. We will call them again with any plumbing needs.

My clogged kitchen sink drain was cleared and assessment of my drain pipe’s condition via scoping was made to my utmost satisfaction. Nick Reed mixed the perfect combination of professionalism and relatable friendliness to explain the situations and various options available in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the choices that I made. Matt, who did the scoping, exhibited the same high standards that Nick presented. The project was more involved than it seemed at first and took longer than anticipated because of unexpected encounters, but the quality of work, great pricing and overall experience was very positive and I highly recommend them.

Sam came out on a Saturday, which happened to be his birthday and took care of the problem we had with the utmost professionalism. If we ever have a plumbing need again Mainstream is who we will call!

We had a leak in our basement. I called Mainstream and was able to schedule an appointment with a plumber for the next business day. Tracy M. showed up as scheduled and inspected the problem. He quickly assessed the problem and noted the conditions of the pipes, valves, etc. of our 116-year-old house. Tracy provided 4 options with clear descriptions and cost estimates of the proposed work. My wife and I selected an option best for our situation and Tracy was able to commence the project immediately. At the end of the day long project, Tracy walked me through what was done and how I can maintain it. In addition, he noted some copper pipes suspended from our basement with incompatible metal straps and suggested a couple of simple alternative supports I can easily do myself. I felt very confident in Tracy's abilities, his excellent communication and professionalism.

Pierce and Jacob were outstanding! They did a thorough job throughout the house to make sure everything is done properly. Their service was everything that I'd hoped for and more. This by far was the best outcome I could have hoped for getting this kind of service.at the price I paid. I need to add, to the review, that the next day after the outstanding service I already received, Mainstream sent a supervisor, Jaymin. Jaymin took me to all my sinks; he educated me on my drain system, provided 5 star service...just so above and beyond what I expected in a plumbing company. Such valuable information how to ensure I take care of my drains properly.. in the end, saving me so much stress and unnecessary costs in the future. Originally, I was going to get a flush for my 20 year hotels water tank. After talking with Nick, I decided to instead purchase a new system. Later in the day Josh came out and replaced the tank. Both were extremely professional and friendly. Thanks Mainstream!

Shower faucet broke off this morning and water wouldn’t turn off. Called Mainstream, our favorite company (Jack really helped us out this winter with a leak under the kitchen sink that wreaked havoc everywhere). They were awesome with getting a tech out here immediately. Jack Millsap arrived, assessed the issue, checked all the other plumbing in the house, explained what needed to be done and replaced and repaired the problem !!Very efficient and friendly!! Thank you !!
