I had an issue with an outside faucet so I reached out to Mainstream last week and could not of been more pleased with the promptness as well as the service I recieved. Tracy was my certified plumber that day, and I can not say enough great things about him; not only was he prompt, but friendly and efficient as well. This was not an easy job as there was of coiurse no access to the pipes , so Tracy had to first drain my hot water heater disconnect it and then create an access door! All done with a smile too. Thanks Tracy great meeting you and fantastic job!

We had toilet leak. We called MS to help fix it. It turned out to be a 4 day job. However, I’m not writing to tell you about the job though.. I’m writing because ALL of the Plummer ‘s that came, were the most polite we have ever had. They explained things clearly and did their job quickly, without too much disruption. I only remember Jack’s and Sam’s name but there were others that came, that were just as good. I highly recommend Mainstream. PS Even their receptionist, Ariel, was wonderful!

We had a plumping emergency today. Thankfully, Megan and Jack went above and beyond to help us with our predicament. I couldn't be happier with the service and expertise they both provided. Mainstream will definitely be my "go-to" from now on.

Sam Rodriguez, plumber with Mainstream was amazing when I had damage from a leaking water heater. He helped me through the process of working with another water damage contractor for repairs and get my water tank up to code and repaired. I can't thank Sam enough and the Mainstream team for helping me out with this stressful situation. You guys are the best!!!

An electrician came out within 24 hours of my call, even on Sunday afternoon! He fixed the problem promptly. We've had other work done by them and they always produce professional, high quality work.

Mainstream has become very familiar with our house these last few weeks, and I cannot express enough how impressed we have been with their service. Everyone from the start of the phone call to the end of service was amazing! We first reached out because we were wanting to get estimates on getting the electricity fixed in our shop, we were able to have Sam from mainstream come out within a day or so of us calling and luckily Sam found a big issue (likely fire danger) that needed to be fixed ASAP for the safety of our house! Within that same week our shop had been we rewired by Brandon (and his cohort, I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) and Bobby and the issue was solved and the trench that was dug was literally filled in yesterday 3/29! Then today we had a plumbing issue that was causing a huge headache, multiple trips to several hardware stores to try and find a part to just plug/cap the issue & lo and behold we weren’t going to be able to MacGyver through it anyways. We knew we could call mainstream and have full faith they would save our day! Sam R. was able to assess our issue, give really good advice for later down the road and fix our indoor water park in less than an hour! Hopefully we won’t have to call in mainstream again anytime soon, but we know for a fact, we will call them in a heartbeat for any issue!

Sam was awesome! He was able to fix a couple of our plumbing issues and gave us some helpful tips our how the plumbing is set up in our new home.
