Have had 3 Mainstream technicians come, yesterday & today, to try and figure out how to fix a steamshower. Spent a lot of time not only on that problem, but doing a whole house examination. Left me with 5 choices & suggestions. I was VERY impressed with the professionalism of the 2 technicians and the 1 apprentice. Whether I use them immediately, they will be the first place I call for any plumbing work. I assume that this attitude and professionalism carries over to all there other services.

For the past three years, Mainstream has taken care of all of our plumbing problems. They have also provided preventative services to avoid issues down the road. The latest was getting a new hot water heater. Every person that has come into our home is friendly. They treat us like family. From the Initial call to end of service, communication is exceptional. They explain everything in detail. Clean up of after service performed area is exceptional. Highly recommend.
