Early this summer, we contracted with Mainstream Electric to do a complete rewiring of our old house. The electrician team assigned to our project were amazing. Brandon and Taylor (and other electricians) were not only highly skilled, but they were great at listening to our concerns, coming up with creative ways to solve the many challenges about the best way to get our house rewired, and they did it in such a way that it was very aesthetically pleasing when completed.

Our technician was super nice and very detailed, he explained everything. I was curious about what the problem with our AC unit may be so I followed him around and asked a lot of questions. He didn’t mind at all. He also explained even further about our AC, and he noticed we also have a humidifier and asked us if we knew how to use it or if we had questions about it and explained all of that as well! That was after we had already paid. We mentioned we had never used it and he showed us how to and explained when to use it and when not to use it. I appreciate how thorough and thoughtful this was. Highly recommend! Thank you for the service.

I was so terribly impressed with each person involved each step of the way. We had the old equipment looked at on Thursday and the AC and furnace replaced really quickly on Friday, We were impressed with each person along the way. Same-day service for a completely clogged shower. Excellent technician who was super knowledgeable and competent; he gave a thorough explanation of what he was going to do and fixed the problem quickly. And the cost seemed very reasonable.
