Very impressed. Called Monday morning, explained my dilemma. They sent a technician out that Monday afternoon, he assessed my issue, provided a reasonable solution. Wrote up a proposal that was reasonable for the work required. Mainstream crew showed up Wednesday, did the required demolition and completed the new installation. Very satisfied.

We used Mainstream to get some electrical work done and as one of the perks, we had a free air conditioner and furnace inspection. Kenneth, the technician, was polite and thorough. Communication was seamless. Definitely recommend.

Kieran cleared our clogged kitchen line using the hydro blast method and our drain is nice and clear now. He explained how the sludge accumulated over the last 30 years and how the use of the snake and hydro blast together would completely clear it out. Sam was very prompt and curtious. He showed up sooner than expected. Disconnected old water heater, removed, and installed new water heater and Flowtech system in very short period of time. Made sure everything was operational and to my satisfaction. Perfect solution to hard water!

The guys did an excellent job under unusual conditions. They kept up the work and are sure everything was working like new. I was very impressed. I have had a few repairs on the plumbing in two different homes now and have always had the best repair work done. Today Tracy was quick and very skilled.

I was able to get a same day appointment even though it wasn't an urgent matter. I found them to be reliable and their service technician, Anthony, was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I called at 10am, they were at my home in less than 2 hours. It wasn't an emergency. I was really impressed. Jack and Jaymin were the 2 technicians that arrived. Diagnosed the problem within minutes. Had a problem with my outside water shut off (city's fault, not theirs). They waited for the city to correct their problem and were then able to fix mine. Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be calling them back with any other plumbing problems! Thanks so much!!
