I had a problem with my water heater and mainstream came to my home to assess the situation. He was very thorough and professional and brought some other possible problems to my attention. However, no pressure and offered me several options to work with. Taylor and Ricky came the next day and were AWESOME!!!! Had to face several difficult situations and handled everything with determination, professional attitude. They explained everything to me to make sure I understood the process.

We had issues with water leaking and our basement tiolet and Ricky saved the day! He was very professional and extremely helpful. This was the best experience we have had when dealing with plumbing issues. Definitely would recommend Mainstream and Ricky!

I needed a new hot water tank, So Nick & Brandt gave me three different options to get me a new hot water tank and get me back into code so I chose an option and we'll have them be installing it. Thank you for the quick response called in the morning and had them out this afternoon.

Klieran Cook arrived promptly at time he had stated in phone call. He was polite and cheerful. He assessed the situation, offered a solution and performed the drill-out of the toilet. He stated this was a temporary fix as toilet was at end of life. Left estimate, which he explained, for new toilet. Left the current toilet usable.

Taylor showed up on time and fixed my plumbing issue. The price was affordable and competitive. I will be calling Mainstream again for any plumbing issues in the future !!! Thank you Mainstream !!

We had intermittent issues with an outlet in our laundry room. Your technician Sam did some trouble shooting and found a burned wire in the D Box. He completed the repair in a few minutes. He was very professional and kept us informed at every step of the process. In addition, he gave us some options to upgrade our system to increase safety.
