We had water backing up into our garage and Ricky came out to our place.. was early and that was awesome! My wife was home and explained to home the issue we had and he jumped right to work.. my wife said he was super nice and offered different options to not just fix the problem of today but also to help prevent the issue in the future.. We had such a good experience with Jake today, who came out to respond to our hot water tank issues! He not only assessed our problem, he explained the recommended basic repairs and gave us a few options to consider as we ended up having more than just one important repair to address. He was very knowledgeable and explained it all in easy to understand terms. He approached the problem with solid skills and made us feel very confident in his abilities- I feel he went above and beyond with his patience and being so thorough with his work. We now have a new water heater which was up and running and other leaks fixed in very fast time! Thankful.for Jake's help and Mainstream Electric to have sent him to us!

It was so good to have Kieran to provide plumbing service in my home. Very knowledgeable, and since my home is older Kieran also looked into a trouble spot that will need to be addressed later. Thank you all for keeping my home in solid condition.

Anthony, the technician, inspected my a/c on May 31st. A tech in December suggested I replace the inducer and blower motor in the furnace. Anthony thought that would be a waste of money because of the age of the furnace. I chose to have the blower replaced anyway because of the use this summer with a/c. Anthony did that work today.

I am a GC and I just had mainstream out to give me three separate bids, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The estimators Sam, Brock, Nick and Brandt were prompt, courteous and efficient. The customer was pleased as well, so hopefully we can get contract signed and do business in the near future!!!

The HVAC tech Anthony, and the plumber Brandt, were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Received my invoice via email which is super convenient!

John and Johnny did my duct cleaning…they were AMAZING!! I wasn’t here but my 89 year old mom was and my dog is VERY protective of his home and John and Johnny were doing their job and my dog was not happy with them being so close to his kennel…so they suggested to put a blanket over his kennel to calm him and that did the trick. They were able to finish their job. I appreciate their knowledge of animals and with handling the situation in an appropriate matter.I appreciate their professionalism and thank you so much for being understand of my dog.
