5-30-24: Taylor came to check out the water heater for an annual maintenance. Wow! He's thorough and showed me clear pictures of the weak spots he spotted in my plumbing lines. After listening to what I said, he offered an estimate for repairs based on needs and wants. I'm so grateful Taylor is so detail oriented. I appreciate that he didn't just look at the water heater. He spotted things I hadn't and I really appreciate that. Best of all is how easy he is to speak with. He personifies the worker I enjoy talking with. Knowledgeable and able to share what he knows on my level. 5-29-24: Zach did a thorough check of my A/C unit and thermostat. I enjoyed a brief chat with him about the system and his insights. Excellent customer service! Exemplary customer service and skilled at communicating potential future needs. Your employees are outstanding at helping the customer understand what is happening and what future needs to be aware of. Jim is exceptionally knowledgeable, and informative. He was happy to answer questions and make suggestions. As always, I am impressed with everyone connected to Mainstream. I really appreciate his suggestions for more improvements. Update:. Today, Oct 21, 2019, Jake came for the annual furnace check. He's very thorough. Listened to me and gave clear answers. Am adding an upgrade to the air ducts with a filter. I appreciate the knowledge and honesty everyone has offered.

The service was quick and very thorough. Joseph was outstanding and gave me great suggestions to keep the system running smoothly. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC maintenance.

I cannot thank you enough for the save at our house today! My oldest daughter poured a bowl of cooling bacon grease down the kitchen sink and both the sinks and the dishwasher drain backed up completely. We spent two hours working on it ourselves before realizing we needed more help than YouTube could provide. I called and got a same-day appointment, which was both unexpected and awesome, as I was envisioning my five kids without a dishwasher for several days. The reps on the phone are easy to talk to and I absolutely loved the ability to communicate by text. Ricky came to the rescue this afternoon. He was efficient and clean and so kind. He explained all of the service options really well and was totally upfront and was patient with all my questions. He walked me through the steps he took along the way and I really learned a lot. He was also so sweet to my six year old daughter who was home with me. What a wonderful guy! I really hope this feedback makes it to him, because he really deserves to hear that he’s doing a great job. We are first time homeowners and there is a lot we don’t know yet! I’m really grateful that we have a company we can trust for the hard stuff. Thanks to your entire team for all you did today!

Mainstream has been my go to for a couple of years now. I love the work I get done. They have been super honest about repairs that weren't necessary. They have taken care of me and corrected anything that needed to be corrected.
