Ricky, the technician they sent, quickly located the problem and fixed it. He was amazing. AND, on top of this, their charge was a pleasant surprise. Not at all expensive. I was having my air conditioner serviced and Joe the tech also looked at the furnace and found an issue in both needing attention. He explained the situation, showed me the meter readings and searched his van for the needed parts which he had. His demeanor, professionalism and down to earth attitude were fantastic. He represents your company. well. This is our second dealing with Mainstream and are very happy with our new relationship.

Great and very prompt service. Technician Tyler came in and diagnosed/fixed the problem quickly. He also noticed that there was a copper line which needed some insulation so he went ahead and went above and beyond. Very appreciated.

Brandt was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable and thorough. I am so happy to have finally used Mainstream for plumbing. I will be adding the $99 annual service partner agreement to my rental properties as well as I just purchased for my own home. I hope I can always request Brandt as my plumber of choice. Very Happy with Mainstream Electric, Cody, Josh and Ryan worked great as a team ! They came out super fast and were able to replace our hot-water tank within a day. They were great with their communication . They also did not have a charge to go out and look and give a bid. I would use them again.

Had a water heater and two hose bibs replaced by Mainstream. The work was scheduled within days after accepting the estimate. The Mainstream crew, Nick and Josh, were excellent to work with. They prosecuted the work quickly and efficiently, explained what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards so that you couldn’t tell they were even there. Great company and crew whom I highly recommend. Mainstream will be my go to plumbers for all future needs.
