I scheduled an appointment for an inspection on my hot water tank, and Mark was the technician sent. He was seriously fantastic, so personable and very knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was looking for during the inspection on the tank. Afterwards he checked all the pipes inside and outside and told me things that I should probably replace (old rubber tubes for the washer, etc).

Same day service. Outstanding customer service and no pressure for higher price options. They are now my front runner for everything in the future.

Sam, the tech that showed up was Awesome. So many times the service people that show up are not prepared & spend longer than needed because they are on the phone to someone back @ the shop to walk them through repair. Not Sam! He was on it! Did a great job diagnosing the problem & getting it fixed, quickly, on his own. Wish they were all like Sam!

Amazing service from scheduling to the service at my home. We are in the process of selling and found out that the furnace needed some work in order to close on our house. I called another company who told me it would be 2 weeks before the part would arrive. I called Mainstream, explained our situation and had an appointment the next day! Adam came out and diagnosed the issue, was aware that we needed this done quickly and ordered the parts. He stayed in direct communication with me through the whole process. The furnace is fixed and we can close!

Kieran was very prompt and polite. What started out as a clogged drain turned out to be a major issue with the sewer line. He made sure I understood the problem and even took pictures to show me the issue. He also made sure to arrange the earliest appt to have the repair done. Well done.

Great service from start to finish! Josh and Ryan were professional, courteous and respectful of my home.
