He not only did a thorough inspection of our furnace, he encouraged me to watch and took the time to explain what he was seeing as well as what I should be aware of and how everything worked. Outstanding! Price is best in town and the clogged drain fixed with no issues. This company goes beyond the usual plumber business. I received a picture and bio of the person who would be working on our problem. That’s a first! We are amazed at the support staff’s attitude on the phone and they follow through from start to finish. Give Mainstream a try. You won’t be disappointed. Also, the plumber was really conscious about making sure he wore a mask and gloves. He sanitized the screen that you sign on. This was nice since our family has underlying health issues.
